Bio

With more than 20 years of experience combining his passion for service with his entrepreneurial prowess, Ben has developed a reputation for delivering transformational processes and resource management for a growing list of nationally known clients. In his current role as founder and CEO of ProSource360, Ben is leading his company as a successful graduate of the SBA 8(a) program and is continuing to grow as an SBA certified Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), HUBZone, and NMSDC certified MBE firm that offers management consulting, healthcare solutions, information technology and records management services to federal agencies and commercial markets.

ProSource360’s talented team of 100+ professionals nationwide has decades of experience helping client’s problem solve and strategically innovate to achieve mission-critical objectives, delivering an average cost savings of $75 million annually. Their work was recognized when winning the prestigious Supplier of the Year award by the Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council, Class 3 for companies with revenues between $10 million and $50 million in both 2023 and 2024, as well as nationally one of the Top 100 MBEs for two years in a row.

Ben actively leads the company in promoting leading edge capabilities and services that include Records Management, Data Governance, Full Stack Development, and Systems Integration. This includes a commitment to utilizing emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotic Processing Automation, and Biotechnology. Prior to founding ProSource360, Ben provided management and consulting services for large businesses and excelled in organizations focused on medical devices and resource management software and services.

Using a people-first leadership approach, Ben works to consistently enhance company culture and provide employees with the resources and support they need to be their best in the workplace and in life. A giver in the truest sense, he is an active Morehouse College alumnus and a life member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., using the fraternity’s service focus to remain involved in various community-based initiatives. As a board advisor to the Morehouse College Entrepreneurship Center, he enjoys seeing scholarships presented to hardworking, deserving students dedicated to innovating the future. Outside of work, Ben can be found spending time with his family, playing golf and tennis, skiing, and living the motto from which his fraternity’s name is derived: “Friendship is essential to the soul.”
